SCIENCE FESTIVAL `NAUK NIJE BAUK - SCIENCE IS NOT A BOGEY`  WITH TOP ATTENDANCE

Grammar school "Svetozar Markovic" from Palilula, for the seventh consecutive year is organizing festival "Science is not a bogey," that cherishes one unique serious, but popular attitude toward science, art and tradition. This festival, whose organization is also supported by Palilula Municipality, brings together young people interested in all fields of science and art from around the Nis region and beyond. This year, in addition to exhibitors from Serbia, participants of the Festival were exhibitors are from Macedonia, Montenegro and the Netherlands.

About the significance of this activity, after the greeting words of Nis Mayor Zoran Perisic, at the opening of the Festival, about the support of Palilula to talented students spoke Aleksandar Zdrale, Vice president of Palilula Assembly.
According to Olga Dragojlović, director of grammar school "Svetozar Markovic", on 67 settings, through popular lectures, exhibitions, experimental display, drama and music performances, this unique festival, this year approached the youth what we consider the most beautiful and most valuable in education and educational work. "We expect to get the status of the school of national importance. It would help us raise funds for our children go to international competitions because they regularly return with medals, "said Director Dragojlović.

Festival "Science is not a bogey," in two days of science, was visited by over 22,000 guests, breaking the previous record when the items at the festival visited 20,500 people.
